SW 1000 Be is the redesigned, Sopra-matched version of Focal’s Electra subwoofer, built around a 13″ “W” cone driver for high rigidity and low distortion even at high output. A 600W RMS BASH amplifier drives it, and a front laminar port eliminates the dynamic bass compression that ports on the rear or side of a cabinet can cause. Multiple units can be daisy-chained together for larger rooms or more spectacular film soundtracks, extending the low end of any Sopra or Focal hi-fi system.
